Trudy has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, as a personal exploration of movement and understanding her own body. She comes from an extensive movement background which includes dancing from a young age as well as professionally, exploring various yoga styles and working as a personal trainer.
For those looking to and ready to push their practice, but still maintain a light heart! This class may incorporate more advanced asana including inversions and arm balances. Often incorporating Sun Salutations and Vinyasas, prior yoga experienced is recommended. Room may be heated and music incorporated.
